Refund policy

Pro games are sold by Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders: Paddle takes the payment, sends the receipt and makes the refund. This is when and how you get your money back.
Fourteen days, any reason
You can have a full refund of a Pro game for any reason within 14 days of buying it. You do not have to tell us why.
How to ask
Write to contact@tikgame.io from the address you bought with and tell us which game, or ask Paddle directly at paddle.net, where every purchase can be found by the email address it was paid with.
What happens then
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Paddle makes the refund, and your bank can take a few days to show it.
A refunded game can no longer be taken live. Creating it and using its test mode stay free, as they are for everyone.
After fourteen days
If something you bought does not work as described, write to us at any time and we will look into it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law where you live.
TikTok gifts
Gifts are bought from TikTok, inside TikTok. We never handle that money and cannot refund a gift — that is between the viewer and TikTok.
